Your responsibilities: • Answer initial customer calls and solve routine questions • Respond to customer concerns by following standard scripts and procedures • Direct callers to appropriate resources and personnel • Solve simple customer problems • Escalate complex questions to more senior representatives • Document customer concerns and escalates concerns to appropriate channels in a timely manner • Demonstrate strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills

• High school or equivalent
• Previous experience 1-2 years in customer support - we are looking for fast-learners and active people!
• Good level of spoken and written English (C1 or higher), Polish (C1 or higher), Czech (C2 or native speaker)
• Basic level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Customer service values and professional work behaviours as attendance, teamwork
